Welcome to Core Clean Toolkit (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

The App provides Android cleaning, junk file scanning, file review and deletion, screenshot organization, app management, running app review, notification organization, device status, desktop widget, foreground notification, advertising, analytics, and related features.

Some features depend on Android system permissions, device capabilities, network conditions, advertising platforms, third-party SDKs, or backend configuration. If you do not grant permissions, if the system restricts a capability, if the network is unavailable, or if a third-party service fails, certain features may be unavailable or may provide a limited fallback experience.

2. Eligibility and Use Conditions

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You must have the legal right to use the device on which the App is installed. You understand that cleaning, deletion, uninstall, notification organization, and settings-related actions may affect files, apps, notifications, or device status.

3. User Responsibilities

You must not use the App to:

1. Violate laws, regulations, platform policies, or third-party rights.
2. Crack, reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the App, servers, SDKs, or advertising systems.
3. Use automated, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive methods to interfere with advertising, analytics, attribution, or ratings.
4. Delete, hide, distribute, or process files, apps, notifications, or data that you do not have the right to manage.
5. Interfere with the normal operation of other users, third-party services, or device systems.

You are responsible for losses or liabilities caused by your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the App.

4. Permissions and User Confirmation

Some features require you to grant Android system permissions, such as storage or media access, Notification Access, notification permission, or desktop widget capability. You may deny or disable permissions, but related features may not work.

For file deletion, app uninstall, notification clearing, running app handling, or similar actions, the App will generally require you to actively trigger the action through a page, button, system authorization, or confirmation flow. You should review the target content and result before confirming an action.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

The App is an advertising-supported product. You understand and agree that the App may display advertisements as part of the service experience.

The App may display app open ads, interstitial ads, native ads, or other ad formats. The App may integrate third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob, Meta, Liftoff, Mintegral, Pangle, AppLovin, Firebase, Adjust, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Advertising and third-party services may be subject to the terms, privacy policies, platform policies, and network conditions of the relevant third parties. If an ad fails to load, has no fill, fails to show, or is closed by the user, the App will continue the original flow or provide a fallback according to product logic.

If you click or interact with an advertisement, you may be redirected to a third-party app, website, store page, or service. Those third-party destinations are not controlled by us and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Third-party ads or pages are provided by the relevant third parties. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party pages, products, services, content, offers, availability, accuracy, security, or conduct.

6. Files and Cleaning Results

The App displays cleanable items based on system-accessible data, local scan results, or the App's own sandbox data. Due to Android system restrictions, device differences, file status changes, permission status, and third-party app behavior, scan results, storage sizes, item counts, categories, and processing results may vary.

You should carefully confirm the content you choose to delete or clean. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for data changes, file loss, notification changes, app status changes, or other consequences caused by actions you actively confirm in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its interface, text, icons, code, technology, trademarks, logos, and related content, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, extract source code, or use the App for unauthorized purposes.

You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device in accordance with these Terms.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue features, pages, ads, notifications, SDKs, or backend configurations based on product planning, system restrictions, platform policies, compliance requirements, technical maintenance, or business needs.

If you violate these Terms or create security, fraud, or abuse risks, we may restrict or terminate your access to relevant features to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the App functional and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all expectations on every device, operating system version, network environment, permission status, or third-party service condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by device status, system restrictions, user actions, network issues, third-party SDKs, advertising services, permission denial, file status changes, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. If applicable law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, the relevant legal requirements will apply.
