This Privacy Policy explains how Core Clean Toolkit (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Android cleaner, app management, notification organization, device status, advertising, analytics, and related features.

We design the App so that file scanning, selection, cleaning, notification organization, and device status checks are processed on your device whenever reasonably possible. This Policy explains what information may be accessed, used, stored, or shared when you use the App.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Device and App Information

To provide core functionality, compatibility, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and service improvement, the App or integrated SDKs may process:

1. Device model, operating system version, language, time zone, country or region, screen parameters, network type, carrier information, and SIM card ISO information.
2. App version, package name, install source, app launch status, page views, button clicks, feature entry points, error codes, duration, crash logs, and performance logs.
3. Advertising identifiers, ad requests, ad fills, ad impressions, ad clicks, ad closes, ad failures, and aggregated ad revenue data.
4. Push notification identifiers, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens, used to receive and manage notifications.

1.2 Storage, Media, and File Information

With your permission, the App may access local files, media, or storage status available through Android system APIs for features such as Junk Clean, Large Files, and Screenshot management. The App may display file categories, file sizes, item counts, selected status, and cleaning results locally on your device.

The App does not intentionally upload your file contents, screenshot thumbnails, full file paths, or personal files. File deletion, cleaning, and uninstall actions must be initiated by you and are subject to Android permission and authorization flows.

1.3 App and Process Information

App Manager and App Process features may read app names, icons, package information, install time, app size, running status, or memory status within the scope permitted by Android. This information is used to show manageable apps, running apps, and device status.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, the App does not upload a complete list of installed apps. Analytics events use only necessary information such as feature name, entry point, result status, aggregated counts, or error status.

1.4 Notification Information

Notification Blocker works only after you enable the required system permission, such as Notification Access. The App may read notification source apps, notification counts, notification time, and notification status to organize or clear notifications locally on your device.

The App does not intentionally upload notification text, notification screenshots, chat contents, contact contents, or account contents. You can disable related permissions in Android system settings at any time.

1.5 Local Preferences and Cache

The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as language selection, permission guide status, rating guide status, desktop widget status, ad cache status, notification style status, last display time, selected items, and temporary scan status. This helps maintain feature continuity and reduce repeated prompts.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

1. Provide junk file scanning, file review, file deletion, screenshot organization, app management, running app review, notification organization, device status, desktop widgets, foreground notifications, and related core features.
2. Check permission status, show necessary permission guidance, and handle user authorization or denial flows.
3. Display ads, manage ad cache, request ads, show ads, close ads, handle ad failures, and measure ad revenue.
4. Send or manage local notifications, foreground notifications, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push-related features.
5. Measure feature usage, page views, button clicks, error status, performance, and stability for product maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and security requirements, and prevent misuse, fraud, or service abuse.

3. Advertising and Consent Choices

The App is supported by advertising. We may show app open ads, interstitial ads, native ads, or other ad formats provided by third-party advertising partners.

For advertising, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention, and service maintenance, the App and advertising SDKs may process information such as device information, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, app activity, ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, ad closes, ad failures, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID where available.

Depending on your region, device settings, consent status, and advertising partner configuration, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. In regions where consent is required, we may use a consent management flow to request, store, and apply your privacy choices before or while using advertising services. You may also manage advertising preferences through Android system settings, including resetting or deleting your advertising ID where supported by your device.

Third-party advertising partners may process advertising-related data according to their own privacy policies. Our advertising partners may include Google AdMob, Meta, Liftoff, Mintegral, Pangle, and AppLovin.

4. Permissions

Depending on the feature you use, the App may request the following Android permissions or system capabilities:

2. Notification Access: used by Notification Blocker to read, organize, and clear notifications.
3. Notification permission: used to show local notifications, ordinary notifications, foreground notifications, or push notifications.
4. App information access: used to show apps, app sizes, running status, or management entry points allowed by the system.
5. Desktop widget capability: used to add and display a desktop widget.

You may manage permissions in Android system settings. If you disable a permission, the related feature may be unavailable or may show a limited fallback page.

To provide advertising, analytics, attribution, push notifications, crash analysis, and remote configuration, the App may integrate third-party services or SDKs, including:

1. File scan results, selected status, and notification organization status are primarily stored on your device.
2. Temporary scan results may be updated or deleted when the feature flow ends, you leave the page, cleaning is completed, or app cache is cleared.
3. Advertising, analytics, crash, attribution, and push-related data may be retained by us or third-party SDK providers as needed for functionality, security, compliance, and configuration.
4. You may clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or contact us at hkeygood@gmail.com for privacy-related requests.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including limiting unnecessary uploads, processing files and notification content locally when possible, avoiding uploads of sensitive details, relying on Android permission controls, and limiting data access through SDK and backend configuration.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, system account, and permission settings.

8. Children's Privacy

9. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:
